Bayley Scales of Infant Development-III, (CV1, CV2, CV3): Measures development in infants and toddlers. An abbreviated screener is used at the 1 year visit.

Child Abuse Potential Inventory (CAPI), (CV1, CV2, CV3): Estimates the risk of parent physically abusing the child.

Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers (M-CHAT), (CV2): Autism screening tool for children 16-30 months old.

Scales of Independent Behavior-R (SIB-R), (CV1, Cv2, CV3, CV4): Comprehensive assessment of the child’s adaptive and maladaptive behavior.

Wechsler Abbreviated Scale of Intelligence (WASI-III), (CV1): Measure of intelligence used to assess the mother’s IQ.

Child Autism Rating Scale (CARS-2), (CV3): Helps to identify children with autism and determine symptom severity through quantifiable ratings based on direct observation. The CARS is only administerd on a subset ofchildren.

Wechsler Individual Achievement Test-III- Word Reasoning (WIAT-III), (CV4): Adult assessment of reading and literacy.

Achenbach Test Observation Form, (CV4): A standardized form for rating observations of behavior, affect, and test-taking style during testing sessions for children aged 2 to 18.

Bracken 3-R, (CV4): Assess a child’s concept knowledge and receptive language skills for school readiness.

Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Functioning- Preschool (BRIEF-P), (CV4): Assesses executive function in preschool age children.

Stanford-Binet 5, (CV4): Assessment of intelligence and cognitive abilities, measures Fluid Reasoning, Knowledge, Quantitative Reasoning, Visual-Spatial Processing, Working Memory.
